FiberNET Disconnect Process Change Starts September 1st

Your monthly bill will still arrive at the same time as usual.  If the bill is not paid by the due date a late notice will be sent the following day.  The date to 'pay by' on the late notice will also be your disconnect date and this process will be automated.  
As long as the amount due is paid by the 'Pay By' date the account will not be disconnected.
