April 14, 2020 - Utility & Bill Reminder

We would like to remind our customers that your Utility and FiberNET bills have not been relieved and are still accruing. We have temporarily implemented the no disconnect and late fees to assist customers who are financially struggling due to COVID-19 but these only apply to Residential and Small Business.  If you receive stimulus payments or small business loans, you should consider using a portion of it towards your Utility and/or FiberNET bill to prevent having a large bill when circumstances return to normal.
