In these uncertain times one thing MU wants to be certain of is being able to communicate with our customers.

MU recognizes not everyone uses social media for communication.

MU would like to update your contact information to keep you up to date on office closings, re-openings, service outages, limited service ability, etc. MU has the ability to communicate directly with customers by phone, text or email. We already have a few notifications set up for customers to check their balance and get information about outages. In the near future we will add more notifications to keep our customers better informed.

We want to communicate with each customer as they prefer, and we need your updated information to make that possible.
